As the property development arm of the Group, Anvil Development Sdn Bhd has successfully completed projects from their own landbank and through joint ventures. Anvil Development has steadily acquired new landbanks that are either ready for development or for future development.

Anvil Development’s land parcels acquisition in Kajang and Bangi will be launched in subsequent phases. The one-hundred-acre development at Saujana Putra, Selangor will carry an estimated GDV of RM500 million over five years.
