Our Founder, Tew Beng Lee, envisioned Anvil Group as a leading developer that would deliver quality products catering to all market segments. We have carried out his ambition and built a reputation synonymous with quality and consistency.
Anvil Development Sdn Bhd, Anvil Group’s property arm, undertakes projects through its subsidiaries, Anvil Land Sdn Bhd and AKW Land Sdn Bhd. Our future goal is to develop sizable landbanks acquired in Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.

Datuk Kevin Tew Boon Chin DPSM
Managing Director (Anvil Group)
Kevin graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Civil Engineering and later obtained his Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
He began his career in Soletanche Bachy, a renowned French Geotechnical Specialist involved in constructing the foundation of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. He later joined Group Link Construction Sdn Bhd 1995 as a Civil Engineer and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Group’s Property Development Division.
Kevin’s commitment and dedication were duly rewarded when he was appointed as the Managing Director of Anvil Group. As a result of his keen foresight, he diversified into the plantation business by establishing and successfully expanding it across Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak. He is also an independent director of Matang Berhad.
Today, he holds the position of Executive Director and Managing Director in Lembing Plantation Sdn Bhd, as well as similar titles in Kilang Sawit Lembing Sdn. Bhd
Yee Chen Voon
Executive Director (Anvil Kevo)
Yee Chen Voon has over 20 years experience in Malaysia’s building and construction industry. He founded Kevo Bina Sdn. Bhd., a construction company which specialises in high-rise construction projects, township and infrastructure works.
Under his astute leadership, Kevo Bina has completed contracts valued at approximately RM2 billion to date, and has on-going contracts worth more than RM500 million. Chen Voon, who holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, serves as the company’s Managing Director.
He also had the foresight to leverage on Anvil Kevo Sdn. Bhd.’s niche in construction to make the leap into property development. He established Kevo Land Sdn. Bhd. in 2018 to undertake property development, and it has since successfully launched and delivered various residential projects in Selangor.
Lee Wei Hong
Director (Anvil Land)
Lee Wei Hong graduated with a Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
He has since made his mark in the Oil & Gas (O&G) sector, gaining a wealth of experience in various projects and operations in the region. This included serving as Executive Director of a Bursa Malaysia Main Board company involved in the O&G industry for 10 years.
Wei Hong is wholly committed to a greener and more sustainable world. He is currently working on a renewable energy project – a refinery to produce sustainable aviation fuel.
As a corporate leader, his philosophy is to create a positive culture in the company and this means being people-focused and customer-centric.
Lim Kia Chet
Director (Anvil Land)
Lim Kia Chet has extensive expertise in Malaysia’s Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, having spent over 20 years running an FMCG distributorship. He is the Managing Director of Sin Chan Huat (Klang) Sdn. Bhd., a distributor of Yee Lee Marketing Sdn. Bhd. which markets consumer goods under leading brands such as Redbull, Spritzer, Cactus, etc.
Under his leadership, the company has experienced tremendous growth over the years. He has been instrumental in developing long-term strategic plans resulting in the company’s profitable growth and efficient operation. He built and maintained an effective and motivated management team and ensures that strategic and performance goals are established and met. Kia Chet, who holds a Diploma in Business Administration, is responsible for the company’s finances and maintains a cordial dialogue between shareholders and the board.
He also plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s strategic alliances and partnerships, and represents the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partners.
